Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate the onions.
  2. Cube the paneer.
  3. Slice the capsicums.
  4. In a kadai heat oil, and add jeera.
  5. When it splutters, add the grated onions and fry till pink.
  6. Add the ginger- garlic paste and fry for some more time.
  7. Add the sliced capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add all the powder masala and fry.
  9. Add the pureed tomatoes and salt.
  10. Let it cook.
  11. Lastly add the paneer pieces and let it cook in the masala.
  12. Finally add the milk and the cream.
  13. Cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with hot parathas.
  15. This is a favorite dish at all parties.
  16. The milk and cream makes the gravy rich, thick and creamy.
