Directions:

  2. Dredge oysters in this and let sit on paper 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil and butter until sizzling hot.
  4. Add oysters.
  5. Brown lightly 30-40 seconds on each side.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon juice or tartar sauce.
