Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 (convection oven with fan).
  2. Melt margarine in a Dutch oven over med-high heat.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Saute 5 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Add bread and next 6 ingredients (bread through oysters).
  5. Cook 7 minutes or until done, stirring constantly. Remove form heat, and stir in green onions and cheese.
  6. Spoon into a shallow pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Place in steamer for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake at 300, for 10 minutes.
