Overnight Marinated Sweet  and Sour Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp catsup

Directions:

  1. Place wings in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and catsup. Pour over wings.
  3. Marinate 3-4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator, stirring once or twice.
  4. Microwave at HIGH for 11-22 minutes, or until fork tender when checked in several places, pushing center portions to the outside of dish after half the time.
  5. Makes about 15 to 20.
