Directions:

  2. Dip fish into egg mixture.
  3. Mix Cornbread mix and seasonings.
  4. Dip fish into cornbread mix.
  5. Dip into egg mixture and then flour mixture again until thick coated.
  6. Spray with cooking spray and put on foil lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
