Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs red snapper
  • 1 cup. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Dip into egg, then into bread crumbs. Place in well greased shallow baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together butter and lemon juice and drizzle over fish. Bake at 500 degrees until done.
