  1. Crush 3/4 cup saltine crackers. Add seasonings and salt. Beat 1 egg. Dip chicken in egg and then into cracker mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Melt butter and drizzle on top of chicken. Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
