  1. Add 2 can of organic tuna ,2 boil organic omega eggs
  2. 1 can of crush organic tomato ,1 cup cut of organic green onion 1 tsp of sea salt , 1 tsp of ground pepper and 2 tsp of organic mayonnaise ,1 tsp of organic mustard and mix the ingredient together in the bowl
  3. And add tuna salad on organic bread to make a sandwich
