Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat chicken with dijon mustard.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  3. Dredge dijon-covered chicken in bread crumb mixture.
  4. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Add chicken to baking dish.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in 350 deg oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove aluminum foil and bake another 10 - 15 minutes.
  9. Bread crumbs should be golden brown and toasty.
