Orangy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Wash the orange in cold water and pat it dry.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler, remove four strips of orange peel, each 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.
  3. Place the strips in a saucepan.
  4. Pour the milk into the saucepan.
  5. Heat the milk over medium heat until tiny bubbles form around the the edge.
  6. Add the chocolate powder.
  7. Then stir the milk until the powder dissolves.
  8. Turn off the heat.
  9. Remove and discard the peels.
  10. Pour into mugs.
  11. Top with whipped cream or marshmallow, if you like.
