Directions:

  1. Steam beans or boil in a medium saucepan until mostly soft.
  2. Chop tomato and place in bowl.
  3. Cut beet slices in four and add to tomatoes.
  4. Squeeze orange overtop.
  5. Season until it smells good.
  6. Add beans when cooked, and mix well.
