Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix flax and orange juice, then add the other wet ingredients.
  4. Mix both wet and dry together.
  5. Spoon into muffin pan lined with cupcake liners or safflower oil.
  6. Bake 15-25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
