  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. In a separate bowl beat eggs; add butter, marmalade, and milk. Add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir quickly and lightly until just mixed. Mixture will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. For icing, blend all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Frost muffins when cool.
  2. Makes 24 muffins.
