Orange Glazed Luncheon Meat

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) can spam
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 1 tsp flour

Directions:

  1. Place Spam in small shallow baking dish.
  2. With sharp knife, cut halfway through loaf in eight even slices.
  3. Insert half an orange slice in each slit and place a whole clove in each slice.
  4. Combine marmalade, flour, and mustard. Spread over meat.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly heated and glazed.
  6. Spoon glaze back over loaf one or two times during baking.
