Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp grated orange rind
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 12 drops red food coloring
  • 3 drops yellow food coloring

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients; beat until light and fluffy.
