Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler, and bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Chill.
