Orange Blossom Honey Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Beat with a mixer until well blended; this will take about 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
  4. To serve - bring to room temperature and stir just before serving.
