Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice onions (i prefer to slice in strips rather than rounds)
  2. Fry in butter til golden brown
  3. In a bowl beat eggs and cream together, season with salt and pepper
  4. Add onions and mix to the bowl
  5. Line a deep pie plate with one piece of the pre-made crust
  6. Pour mixture in pie plate
  7. Cover with 2nd pie crust
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
  9. Variations add crumbled crisp bacon or canadian ham or slivers of sharp cheese or any cheese you like.
