Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Use a sharp knife to puncture potatoes several times then microwave on high for 14 minutes. Cube potatoes into small pieces then put in zip top plastic bag. In a small bowl mix oil and soup mixes then stir until lumps are dissolved. Pour mixture over potatoes in the bag then seal and rotate potatoes to coat well. Pour potatoes into square baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
