Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice onions. Place onions in a microwave dish.
  2. Cut up margarine and place on top of onions, cover with a lid and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Stir onions and microwave 5 to 7 minutes longer.
  4. Mix cheese, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle over onions.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are browned 20 to 30 minutes.
