Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a smallish pan melt the butter and then add sliced onions.
  3. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until soft.
  4. Remove the onions from the pan but leave the butter in the pan.
  5. Place the onions in a 9X13 pan.
  6. Combine soup and milk and pour over the onions.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
  8. Slice the french bread in appox. 1 1/2 thick slices.
  9. Dip both sides of the bread in the butter in pan.
  10. Arrange bread on top of cheese .
  11. Bake for 30 min or until bread is golden brown and toasty.
  12. Enjoy
