One Pot Cookie Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups wheaties
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 1/3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. In large bowl melt the butter or margarine.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Drop about 1 TBS of cookie dough for each cookie on cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 10 to 12 min.
