Directions:

  1. Oven 350
  2. Stir in a bowl, flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  3. In second bowl stir remaining ingredients. Pour wate mixture over flour mixture and stir til batter is smooth.
  4. Pour into a nonstick 12 hole muffin pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 18-20 minutes til toothpick clean.
  6. Remove from oven and let sit 5 mnutes, then turn out onto rack to completely cool.
