Ingredients:

  • grandma's molasses cookies
  • 1 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cup. quick oatmeal
  • 1 cup. raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup. shortening
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices in mixing bowl. Add nuts and rest of ingredients. Mix until blended. To make jumbo cookies use 1/4 cup dough, for small cookies for use 1 teaspoon heaping drop on ungreased cooking sheet. 12 minutes. 4 dozen small or 1 dozen jumbo cookies
