Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add brown sugar
  3. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
  4. Stir in cream
  5. Bring back to boil, stirring constantly
  6. Remove from heat, cool to lukewarm
  7. Gradually add powdered sugar
  8. Beat until thick and creamy enough to spread
  9. If icing becomes too stiff, add a little hot water
  10. Ice away!!
