Directions:

  1. Combine beef, onion, garlic, cumin, and salt. Brown beef and drain liquid.
  2. Stir in chili powder, flour and sugar.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover, simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Add a little water if needed to thin chili.
  5. Better next day.
