Ingredients:

  • 4 cups torn bread cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 celery (chopped finely)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped )
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can chicken noodle soup
  • 1/4 cup water ( stir around in can)
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium size saucepan saute celery and onion in butter for 10 minutes (to tender).
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Coat 8 square pan and spread stuffing into pan.
  4. Bake 325 for 30 - 40 minutes.
