Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter or 1 1/2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients (except raisins) to bread maker according to manufacturer's directions (usually order as given) Bake using fruit and nut or sweet setting.
  2. Add raisins when the machine beeps or at the designated time (for my machine, that's during the second cycle).
