Ingredients:

  • 1 can apple (large)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. ) place apples in long pyrex dish and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar.
  2. ) soften 1 stick butter. Add brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and mix all together. Shape this mixture into balls and place on top of apples.
  3. ) Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Serve plain or with ice cream.
