Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine shortening, brown sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat until well blended.
  2. In medium bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, flour, baking soda,salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add dry ingredients to shortening mixture and mix until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips, cranberries, and nuts.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough on to greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet, then cool on rack.
