Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine oats and milk......set aside
  2. In a small bowl soak raisins in a little hot water to ''plump'' them
  3. Drain them before you use them
  4. Combine in a medium bowl flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
  5. Mix well
  6. In small bowl beat egg, brown sugar, and oil until well blended
  7. Add egg mixture to the flour mixture. stir until well blended
  8. Stir in oat mixture, apples and drained raisins
  9. Stir just until blended
  10. Grease and fill muffin tins 3/4 full
  11. Bake at 400' F for 15 - 20 minutes
