Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together dry ingredients and run them through the food processor (you will likely need to do this in batches).
  2. Beat softened butter and eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. Add processed dry mixture to butter and eggs, mix well.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut with a cookie cutter or, alternatively, divide the dough and shape it into logs, refrigerate and cut slices.
  5. **Note: the dough should be just moist enough to hold together. If it won't, add water until it does.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until the top of the cookie is firm to the touch.
