Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat butter and sugar in bowl until creamy; blend in flour.
  2. Press into ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan; bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt Caramels and water in saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Gradually blend caramel sauce into eggs in med.
  5. Bowl; stir in peanuts.
  6. Pour over baked crust.
  7. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes more or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Cut into bars.
