Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg until foamy, for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes for a soft version and 15-20 minutes for a fully baked version.
