Ingredients:

  • 2 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Soak nuts and seeds for following lengths
  2. Almonds 12-48 hours, sunflower seed 8 hour, pumpkin seed 4-6 hours. Drain, rinse, drain again. Place almonds in food processor fitted with s blade. Pulse / process until chopped and chunky. Transfer to a bowl. Place sunflower and pumpkin seed in food processor. Pulse/process until chunky. Add to almonds. Chop the apple into pieces and shred in the food processor. Add to nuts and seeds along with cinnamon and salt mix well. Spread onto dehydrator trays. Dehydrate for 20-24 hours at 105* until desired crispness. Be sure to dehydrate until all moisture is gone. Store granola in glass jar. Serve with your favorite milk.
