Directions:

  1. WASH, AND SLICE POTATOES IN THIN-MEDIUM SLICES, DO NOT PEEL.
  2. SLICE ONION INTO RINGS
  3. DICE BACON
  4. SPRAY GLASS BAKING DISH WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  5. LAYER POTATOES, ONION, BACON, CHEESE AND GARLIC PEPPER.
  6. REPEATS LAYERS UNTIL FINISHED...TOP WITH THE CHEESE.
  7. CUT BUTTER INTO CHUNKS AND SCATTER ACROSS THE TOP.
  8. BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 350 UNTIL TENDER AND CHEESE IS BROWN AND BUBBLY. APPROX 90 MINUTES. OR TO YOUR PREFERRED TENDERNESS.
