Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 2 tbsp lard, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
