(No Egg) Peanut Butter Cookies!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix peanut butter, applesauce, and sugar together in bowl.
  3. Fold in flour.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  5. Scoop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  6. Make crisscross pattern on each cookie after dipping fork in sugar (cinnamon sugar tastes great as well).
  7. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Enjoy!
