No Bake Coconut Snowball Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften butter in bowl. Add sugar, milk and vanilla, and mix. Sprinkle a small amount of powdered sugar on a plate. Put 1/2 of cookie mix from bowl onto plate, and pat with hands till smooth, or about 1/2 inch thick. Spoon and form into small balls and roll in coconut. Repeat with second half of cookie mix. Prep time and ready to eat in less than 10 minutes! (Yields about fifty 3/4 inch candies.)
