Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vinegar (scant cup)
  • 1 cup sugar ( heaped cup)
  • 3 tsp flour ( heaped cup)
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except butter.
  2. Add butter and place in double boiler.
  3. Stir occasionally.
  4. Chill before serving.
