New England Seafood Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 -3 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp clam broth (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, squeeze in juice of 1/2 lemon.
  2. Adjust to taste.
  3. Chill for 1 hour. Wedge out remaining half of lemon to squeeze over seafood. Serve with shrimp, calamari or other seafood.
