  1. Combine Crust ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of a 9 1/2-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine cheese and eggs. Beat with electric mixer till perfectly smooth. Then, add while continuing to beat,
  3. Sugar, the flour, and flavorings. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake at 325 for 70 - 75 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and let cool in oven. Do not open the springform pan until completly cool.
