Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut oleo into cake mix; add chopped nuts and 1 beaten egg.
  2. Make stiff dough, press out into 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Soften cream cheese; beat in powdered sugar, and 3 beaten eggs.
  4. Pour over cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
