Nectarine Pecan Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups torn romaine
  • dressing:
  • 2 tbsp plus 1-1/2 tsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp plus 1-1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/8 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine, nectarines, pecans and feta cheese. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
