Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture through a fine meshed sieve, into a glass measuring cup.
  3. Discard solids.
  4. Pour mixture into eight 3 ounce pop molds.
  5. Insert sticks, then freeze till firm.
