Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Cook the diced vegetables with a little bit of salt in them.
  3. Remove when the vegetables are fully done.
  4. Keep this aside.
  5. Saute the onions and tomato in a tsp.
  6. Of oil.
  7. Mix the plain yogurt with the buttermilk.
  8. Keep aside.
  9. Ground together the ginger, green chillies, corriander leaves, raisins, cashewnuts, boiled vegetables, pineapple and apple.
  10. Keep aside.
  11. Now, mix the buttermilk-yogurt mixture with the tomatoes, onion, ground paste, fresh cream and salt.
  12. Garnish with chilli, garam masala and cumin powders.
  13. Serve chilled.
  14. Enjoy!
