Naudine's Potato and Spinach Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven grill.
  2. Cut potatoes in chunks and cover bottom of ovenproof dish with potato chunks.
  3. Fry onion in oil, in a skillet, until translucent.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cream, reduce heat and simmer until spinach is cooked.
  5. Mix soup powder and milk and stir into spinach mix.
  6. Remove from heat and pour over potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and place under grill until cheese bubbles.
  8. Reduce oven setting to 180 Centigrade and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
