Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups milk (she always used homo )

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients first until they are well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients, then slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Ladle into a hot frying pan and flip when bubbles form.
