Nana's Ham Loaf and Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs ground ham
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in loaf pan.
  2. Slice onion on top of loaf.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Baste occasionally with a few teaspoons of hot water.

  6. MUSTARD SAUCE.
  7. 1/2 cup Tomato Soup, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup Mustard, 1/2 cup butter, 2 egg yolks - beaten.
  8. Cook over medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
  9. Can be served hot or cold.
