Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 19cm x 29cm Lamington pan.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate over hot water.
  3. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in egg.
  5. Combine biscuits, coconut and pecans in a bowl.
  6. Stir in butter mixture.
  7. Press mixture firmly over base of prepared pan.
  8. Filling:.
  9. Cream butter and essence in small bowl with electric mixer.
  10. Gradually beat in sifted icing sugar, custard powder and then milk.
  11. Spread filling evenly over base.
  12. Refrigerate until firm.
  13. Topping:.
  14. Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
  15. Cool slightly.
  16. Drizzle the topping over slice.
  17. Refrigerate until set before cutting.
